It is our great honour to announce that our highly anticipated project Custom Highett is now sold out! With completion set in August 2022, we look forward to welcoming 38 purchasers to their new sweet home.
The construction is progressing well on site, with builder Balmain & Co completing the piling in the first week of July, finishing up ahead of schedule.
Capping beam works are now underway, along with the construction of the retaining walls along the South and Southeast perimeter of the site.
Hoarding is due for install in the coming weeks, along with the first shotcrete spray.
The project is making exciting and consistent progress for the forecast completion date.
